"Very run down condition Out of three beds only 1 was comfortable Lighbulbs hanging from the cealing in the laundry on a wire 4 light bulbs out Patio door wouldn’t slide Closet door in main bedroom broken When turning on faucet in tub to shower it came off in my hand Notv no hand soap Light on patio ..."
