Welcome to "The Grande at Apex." A Modern 8BR/8BA (duplex renting both sides). Brand new construction, professionally decorated, on a half-acre with a fully fenced back/front yard. Incredible location!! Less than a mile from downtown Apex..This posh getaway has 4 king suites and bathrooms in each bedroom! Enjoy 2 massive game rooms, movie theatre, PS4, poker table, basketball game & FOUR fireplaces, extensive coffee bar with FREE locally roasted coffee.

After parking walk up to the main entrance (2 front doors accessing both sides of the duplex). Each main entrance leads to the main level great room featuring a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, private office with door and private back patio overlooking massive fenced in backyard.

The kitchen & dining areas feature:

-brand new appliances
-bar top seating
-full coffee bar with pod and pot brewer, French press, pour over, kettle and FREE locally roasted specialty coffee & K-cups.
-all cook and bakeware, kitchen supplies, blender, air-fryer, waffle maker, spice rack, and anything else you need to make meals for the family.
-Dining table seats 8 with 3-4 bar seats.

We live local but not on the property. We won’t be there unless needed by the guest

Beautifully and tastefully decorated house! It was the perfect place for my large family to attend my daughter’s White Coat Ceremony at Duke. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The place is immaculate. Melissa was super helpful. She answered all my questions patiently, which I realized later some were already stated clearly on the website. Much appreciated!
