  • Adorable 300 sq ft private studio suite within the house - living area, queen bed, kitchenette with table, bath, and back deck. Private entrance, no shared spaces.

    Kitchenette has mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, and large sink.

    One mile from downtown and walkable to Chavis Park as well as a greenway with e-bikes for rent!

    ***This is a single family home that has been divided into two separate rental units. Each unit is a separate private unit with it's own entrance, but the sound of footsteps and voices does travel easily between the units so I ask that guests please respect their noise level, especially after 10pm.***
