I have found that staff at Springhill Suites are always friendly and attentive. I like the room setup, I can work at the desk without bothering anyone sleeping and there is plenty of space. The one thing I find a need for is a freezer in the refrigerator. I am diabetic and carry insulin which has to be kept cold. The freezer packs have to be refrozen every night. There is plenty of ice which I put in Ziploc freezer bags, but they leak and make a mess in the bag and car

The cleanliness and roomy suites were great. The Breakfast hot choices were not as appealing as we like. For the first two mornings the decaf coffee was lukewarm. We arrived at breakfast at 7:00 am so I would have expected it to be hot! All in all the rooms were great.

Starting off, I did not like that their app said it was contactless check-in; a code would be sent; & I would use my phone to access my room. I waited all day for a code that never came. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told none of that was true. Secondly, I called down to the desk to ask for scissors to use for a few minutes. I was told I had to come use them at the desk. This was a huge imposition as I had blisters on the bottom of my feet and need the scissors to cut the shoe insoles I purchased. The older gentleman who was at the desk by the time I got fully dressed and hobbled down to the desk was nice, though. Lastly, when I arrived back to my room the second night, it was the same way I’d left it earlier that morning. Used towels & both trash cans by the door; bed unmade; hair on bathroom floor. No one bothered to come clean my room; discard the trash; or bring more towels/washcloths. The first night I arrived in Raleigh, I stayed in my brother’s room at the Springhill - Raleigh Apex. The decor in his room was a lot nicer and he said his room had been cleaned when he got back. While I would not recommend the Springhill - Cary to anyone who cares about good service, I would recommend Springhill - Raleigh Apex.

We stayed two nights and it was great as usual. We had stayed here before a few years ago and we loved it. I was booking on Expedia and once completed I noticed the address and it was this one again. We knew we would get great service. The area is quiet. Lots of shopping places, a few restaurants in the area. There is also a Waffle House right in front of hotel. It is accessible from the hotel parking lot. There is also a Cookout across the street. The service desk associates are always so friendly and nice. Previously when we stayed the pool was closed, it was open this time and very nice.There is also a gym as well. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and it's quiet. In the morning there is breakfast and my husband and kids said it was really good. I tried some potatoes they were delicious.Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed. Shout to Cason!! Nice dude, very helpful and polite!!

The property was great. My only concern was the multiple spider webs that were spotted in our room. My husband took care of them since we didn't spot any spiders attached to them. This needs to be a part of the check out cleaning detail.

The room drapery, sofa, and carpeting needs to be deep cleaned as they were soiled. The rooms thermostat for the hvac unit was not functioning for the heater and had to be disconnected allowing manual control from the system itself.

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and the hotel could not have been anymore cleaner. The breakfast was great and the area to dine in was like sitting in a restaurant. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cary NC, this is it. Don't pass up this gem!!!
