One of 16 unique apartments in a beautiful spot at a historic site built in 1925. Located in the lovely Trinity park neighborhood just steps away from downtown and right across from Duke University east campus, making this the perfect place for the complete Durham experience.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of the building some noise to be expected

The space
Our comfortable suite features two rooms one with a plush king sized bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a relaxing sitting area with a sofa, private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, work desk, and a Roku TV for streaming.

2 BR Suite Review

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 BR suite. The rooms were just as advertised, very clean and comfortable. This location is great for anyone who wants to be close to Duke East Campus, Broad Street, Ninth Street and downtown. Very walkable and a nice neighborhood. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication with the property manager was good. We would stay here again. . .

Great space, and felt very private once inside. Porch area overlooking the street with the king bed was awesome.Only thing was the blinds didn’t really fully cover the whole window space for full privacy
