In the heart of downtown Raleigh, this stylish loft blends modern flair with funky charm. Enjoy skyline views from the shared rooftop deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Across the street are local favorites Transfer Food Hall and Burial Beer Taproom. A short stroll and you're in the middle of downtown’s buzzing food scene, lively bars, galleries, boutiques, and museums.

Inside, the space is bright and thoughtfully designed with a lofted nook and a well-equipped kitchenette.

This is a new modern house with several apartments. Enter through the front door and this apartment is upstairs on the left.

There is a large yard in the back and pets are always welcome!
