Quiet oasis

My son and I visited Durham for a convention and stayed in this apartment. Everything was clean and its location/convenience to accessing shopping and eating was amazing.

Great Location

Very clean property in an excellent part of Durham close to several watering holes and a great coffee shop. Laundry in the common building and quiet neighbors. Parking is easy and you are easily drivable anywhere in downtown Durham

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well. It is in a super location for experiencing old downtown Durham. You don't need to drive; it is a 3 minute walk to restaurants and entertainment at the Motorco Music Hall. The area is residential and very safe for walking, even at night. It was perfect for our needs. We would recommend this place for a pleasant, convenient stay.

The location is fantastic (easy walk to lots of fun places)! We felt completely safe walking around at night. The unit is spacious and has its own parking lot to park in. The bed was comfy as well.The nicest part is the owner is VERY responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Transplant Location

This was a fantastic property for us to utilize while I was getting a bone marrow transplant at Duke and had to live close to the hospital for 3 months. The convenience of on site laundry was amazing. The owner was very quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns.
