Disappointing Stay -- Poorly Maintained Property. Our stay at this townhouse was disappointing. There is nothing "lux" about this property and it is poorly maintained. Several appliances and pieces of furniture were broken when we checked in (and not fixed during our 4-week stay) which signifiantly impacted the quality of our experience. Most notably, the oven did not work and one of the showers had a broken faucet and drainage issues which was unpleasant and inconvenient. These are essential items that should be in working order for guests (for example, the dresser in the master bedroom is broken so we had to leave our clothes in suitcases for a month). We contacted the host multiple times during our stay to request repairs yet the repairs were not addressed. Future guests should be aware that maintenance issues may not be resolved during their stay.
