Lovely 1-bedroom pool villa close to downtown
- Relax and unwind in the modern oasis in the heart of Raleigh, recently featured in the 2026 Architct Tour.
Experience a screen free atmosphere, until you're ready to relax and watch a movie. Then sit back in front of the fire while the projector screen drops down for an elevated theater experience. Or, open the 10' accordion doors to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor into one harmonious pool retreat. Working? Take a seat in the external office that overlooks the pool with Google Fiber.
The space
There are 3 units, and 3 separate entrances, but NO shared walls. This unit sits behind a fence at the end of the carport, which reserved exclusively for Vrbo guests, and the only unit that has access to the pool and fully fenced yard.
There is a separate office that is available for use that looks onto the pool deck.

Guests have exclusive use of the pool, fenced yard, and the office.
