Front desk staff were amazing especially Janica (hope that’s right lol). They made me and my sister feel welcome. Victoria the server in high ground was really great as well. Overall an awesome stay. Will come back for sure :)

My room was double booked, I came back from my night to find another family in my room. I had to take my stuff and was moved to another room. The front desk promised me a refund, and sent an email to confirm but nothing is processed yet and they have not replied to my follow up email yet.
