- High Quality Sheets! What’s the point of having an awesome mattress without having soft, comfy sheets? Our units boast 100% Organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. Lay down, slip into them and enjoy how fresh and comfortable they are.

- Fiber optic internet is always in all our units where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than WiFi! If you need additional Ethernet ports, we are happy to provide you with an ethernet switch free of charge, just ask us in chat.

Met all expectations

Property was essentially as advertised and in the area we needed access to. Furniture in LR was positioned awkwardly however - not like the pictures and overhead lighting was harsh. Could do with a few floor lamps and another bedside stand with lamp. Otherwise we had a good experience and owners were very responsive.

Beautiful place in the heart of it all

Loved this place, we rent from VRBO all over the east coast and I actually liked this place enough to be in my top three. One thing I really liked as soon as I walked in was the house was so clean, no spider webs or “forgotten” corners, this house was a 10/10 for cleanliness. The neighborhood is in a beautifully located area perfect for walking your dog or going for a morning run. If I had to pick apart my stay the only thing I’d suggest is a small lamp for living room because ceiling fan was a little too bright, that’s it my one big complaint lol. Check in was a snap and host was super easy to communicate with. All in all I give this rental a 10/10 for what I want on my vacation.

Great Location

Amazing location in Durham, walkable and pretty. Neighborhood is a mix of places. This property is adequate but could be so so much cuter with a little more care. Linens outdated and kitchen pretty bare. Still, comfortable enough and happily took our dog. Heavy use of air fresheners that felt suffocating upon arrival but we aired the place out. All in all a good stay.

Do NOT stay with this host!!

This was the worst experience. I arrived at my rental only to find it occupied! The host sent me to an unacceptable second property. The second property was smoke permeated, it had no soap, the toilet seat was missing. I asked for a refund after the first night, but after accusing me of not vacating the property (which was not me), the host quit communicating. Unfortunately, I did not pay for my second booking through VRBO so I am just out of the funds. Horrible experience.

Great location in Durham

This is a lovely place to stay. Clean, well kept, with what appears to be mostly new furnishings and equipment. The house is close to the Duke east campus and shopping and restaurants on Broad and Ninth Streets. Close to downtown, but located in the much quieter Trinity Park neighborhood. Would happily stay here again.
