Stay in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo puts you steps from Franklin Street, great local restaurants, shopping, and the UNC campus, then sends you home to a private rooftop deck with string lights, treetop views, and west-facing sunsets.



The Space:

Main level: an open living and dining area with a gas fireplace, a wall-mounted Roku smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a cabinet full of board games and puzzles. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counters, a stainless fridge with water and ice, range, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and a full set of cookware and dishes.



Bedroom 1: queen bed, closet, and room for luggage.

Bedroom 2: queen bed, TV, dresser, and blackout curtains. This room has no closet; over-the-door hooks and hangers are provided.

Shared full bath with tub and shower serves bedrooms 1 and 2.

Primary suite (top floor): king bed, TV, mini fridge, two closets, and an en suite bath with a double vanity.



Rooftop deck: private, with lounge chairs, two chaise lounges, side tables, string lights, and sunset views.



Sleeping for 8: two queens, one king, and a queen sleeper sofa. A Pack 'n Play and a high chair are available for little ones. Washer and dryer are in the garage.



Guest Access:

Self check-in with a smart lock. Your entry details are sent before arrival.



PARKING (please read): The unit includes 1 private garage space, and guests should park only in the garage. The building has one shared visitor space that is not assigned to this unit, you may use if it is open. All other surface spaces at the building are assigned to other units, and cars parked in another unit's space may be towed without notice. For a second car, use the public lot at 100 W Rosemary St or street parking nearby.



The Neighborhood:

You are in downtown Chapel Hill. Franklin Street, dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the UNC campus are all within a short walk, so you can park once and leave the car for the whole stay.



Getting Around:

Downtown Chapel Hill is very walkable. Chapel Hill Transit buses are fare free and stop nearby. RDU airport is about 30 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Garage door: before opening the garage door, make sure the door between the garage and the house is fully closed. If it is open, the garage door can hit it and break.



Trash and recycling: shared dumpsters and blue recycling bins are at ground level along the fence behind the garage. Take trash out any time; there is no pickup day to track.



The thermostat is in the 3rd floor hallway.



Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
