About this property

Downtown - 2 bed, 1.5 bath

  • My home is set in the heart of downtown within the Lincoln Terrace community, only a mile from the city center. It is an old building, with modern updates, fenced-in yard and dedicated parking.

    Guests have full access to the property at all times.

    We ask that guests also do their own due diligence researching the location & neighborhood. This home is located in a gentrified neighborhood with some great neighbors, in a downtown metropolitan area. With that being said, it hosts community traffic & the noise that can come with it. I am of course available for any questions one may have but also want to curate accurate expectations for a more enjoyable stay for all.
