Comfortable and Quiet Condo near the Village and NC State

  • Renovated unit near The Village area of Raleigh! This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! Short term rental permit ZSTR-000045-2021

Pride of ownership

This condo was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was clean, quiet, easy access to highways, restaurants and shops. The art and decor made it feel like a high-end hotel, but much more homey. Will stay here again.

Extended Stay

I was in need of a last minute extended stay in the area to take care of my college aged kiddo. This was the perfect landing spot. The owner was so accommodating to my urgent need for an early checkin as well as my request to extend an additional day due to flight issues. The location is fabulous, the complex is super quiet, and the condo is cozy comfortable and has everything you need for a stress free stay. Highly recommend.

Location was so close to shopping and downtown. Grocery store less than 10 minute walk away! Property was as described. Clean, great memory foam bed, quiet, handy laundry in unit, kitchen well stocked with cooking items, great space for two people! Excellent communication with the owner!As mentioned in a previous review you can hear the occupant in the upstairs until walking around. Just minor squeaky floor boards. Noise was not excessive. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
