Renovated condominium with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Full size washer and dryer along with an oversized tub/shower. Living room is furnished with a comfortable full size sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining for two at the table located in the living room space. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store.2064742 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too!

Comfortable beds, good shower, all the amenities we needed for a long weekend visit with our NC State student. Location was fantastic and close to the heart of the campus. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Hosts were responsive to questions.

This place was perfect for our Trip to Raleigh. We honestly took an Uber everywhere so I am not sure what is in walkable distance. This place had everything we needed and was very cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Taking an uber was very easy and in a great location. The decor was nice and the radio was a perfect touch while getting ready for the day. Very clean and I would highly recommended.

Adorable

This was an adorable one bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for NC State’s orientation. It was convenient and close to the university & close to some nice restaurants.

This is a great location to stay for NCSU graduation. Close to campus and downtown. And walking distance to The Village District for groceries, retail shops and restaurants.

Great location!

Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Quiet Condo

This was a great place to stay in Raleigh especially if you're looking to be close to the village district. You could easily walk to the village district in about 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately we had rainy weather so we ended up driving each time. There's a lot of shopping and plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Raleigh gem

Stayed here during an in-person portion of a class at NC State. Neighborhood is very quiet and the location is perfect - close to both NC State and blocks from Cameron Village (grocery store/restaurants). Very clean and comfortable. I hope this unit is available during my next trip to Raleigh.

Our Stay

My daughter and I stayed at the property to be central for all soccer games she played in Raleigh Showcase. It also gave us the opportunity to walk the NC state campus and surrounding Village district as one of her college prospects. The apartment is very clean with comfy accommodations. There is also a nice patio to have a morning cup of coffee. The owners were available for a question and it was a great stay!

Very comfortable and clean condo in good location

I stayed 2 nights while visiting my daughter and enjoyed being able to walk to Cameron Village for dinner and morning coffee. Large grocery store in walking distance also. The place was very clean and the bed a lovely comfortable king. Shower and tub new. While the apartment complex is not new, the condo has been recently renovated, and done in good taste.

Perfect Hockey Weekend in Raleigh

This charming, quiet unit had everything we needed for our trip to see the Hurricanes and visit the NC Museum. It is convenient to the stadium, groceries, the museum, university and downtown. The dedicated parking spot and easy coded entry made life easy. The apartment was spotless and airy. Lovely linens and a great sleep. Responsive host. Treat yourself!
