This house is as pictured. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the location is convenient to all the places you want to be in Raleigh. It was city-quiet (usual traffic sounds) but we all slept well. Walkable to Cameron Village.

It was perfect for our family visit to see our son at NC State, take in some hockey and basketball. The place was very clean, and beds were so comfortable. The location was great and close to good food and bars. I highly recommend this house and will definitely book again.

Perfectly Cozy and Comfortable Cottage

This was the perfect cozy little cottage for a girls weekend with friends. The beds were very comfortable, and that along with the cozy bedding and ample pillows made for a sleeping experience that felt like a warm hug! The home was clean and stocked with all the necessary items to make cooking, having a cocktail or just sitting back and relaxing a breeze. We especially enjoyed the fire table and the extra thought that went into having a Keurig, the pods and the mix-ins provided! The hosts were incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. The check in and out process were by far the most simple of any vacation property I've ever rented. This is definitely a house we'd come back to!

Promising New Gem

We were apparently the first guests in this home. Our stay was so lovely it may have convinced me to move back to Raleigh! Steven and Lori were very welcoming, and the place itself was bright, well-appointed, and absolutely immaculate. The home is not large, but somehow manages to convey an airy feel. It's a great house for a small family or a couple of friends. We enjoyed playing board games around the dining room table, relaxing with a movie, and curling up to sleep on the super comfy beds. The location is minutes from the Capital and from the freeway, too. Can't think of a single thing we'd change. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends.

Outstanding house and location

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! We needed a place close to downtown for our son’s wedding. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage was perfect - 1 mile from the venue and exactly the right size for three of us. We were thoroughly impressed by how immaculate it was. The owners left snacks, coffee, creamer, sugar. We had a bit of a snag with the keypad entry, which was immediately rectified by the owner. Check out was remarkably easy. Other than used towels on the floor, we didn’t have to do anything. The owner found a pair of sunglasses we left behind and offered to mail them back to us. Talk about going the extra mile! The house offered a place to unwind from a hectic, exhausting weekend. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raleigh.

I had a great stay! I will be honest that the photos of the outside of the house were concerning. Upon arriving it was no reason to worry! House is in a great area! Inside the house is as beautiful as pictures and super clean. Beds were comfortable and you felt right at home. Easy walk to a few restaurants but opted to drive to some also. Comfortable and well appointed home on a quiet street. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries made during our stay. The location of this home is close to NC State and downtown Raleigh. The beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure really good and plenty of hot water. There must be a noise ordinance in place or very respectful neighbors as there was a party going on with loud music close by. But at 10 pm the music abruptly cut off and it was quiet the rest of the night. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh!
