This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed while visiting family in Chapel Hill. The location is perfect—walking distance to Wegmans, which was a huge plus for us. The space itself is fabulously decorated, full of charm and comfort. But the best part? Our grandkids absolutely loved it. They've already asked if we can stay here again on our next visit—which, honestly, says it all.

Fantastic Stay!

We booked this house for 5 women and 1 infant to attend a surprise baby shower for a dear friend. Great location, close to amenities, great host ( thank you for the coffee) and very clean. It’s a really good stay. Highly recommend!

Great Location

This house had just what we needed for our Chapel Hill visit. The location is great - easy to get to town and close to major roads. The beds are really comfortable and we appreciated having enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for an event at the same time.

Quick Chapel Hill visit

Great location and had everything we needed for a quick 2 night stay in Chapel Hill - beds were comfortable and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. Our family of 5 was happy and comfortable.

Visit to our daughter

We booked very last minute for a weekend visit to our daughter who is at Chapel Hill. House is in a great location and very convenient to get around the area. Would recommend if you are visiting the area!

Perfect house for large family

House was perfect for our family of 8. Beds were comfortable, location was very close to UNC baseball stadium. Grocery store just around the corner. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful Home Close to UNC

We really loved this adorable home very convenient to UNC. Wegmans is almost across the street which was wonderful. The area is beautiful and seems very safe. The house had very comfortable mattresses and we loved having all the bathrooms so no one had to share. It was a quick 12 minute drive to see our son at UNC. The owners were very friendly and easy to reach. We will definitely be back!

Wedding visit.

Disappointed

Upon seeing a live roach night 2, reached out to the homeowner to explain the situation. She agreed to send an exterminator, but then spotted several more roaches and decided to stay last two nights in a hotel. Asked for a refund for two nights and homeowner refused to do so, not based on VRBO policy, but her own decision. Would not recommend.

Amazing home!!

We had such a lovely stay at this house! It was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful duck pond and park and most importantly to us, close to the hospital where my husband had his surgery. The house was incredibly clean and bright and the rental process couldn't have been easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this home! Thank you for a memorable, relaxing trip! P.s. I have never met nicer neighbors than at this place. They are so kind! 10/10

Unfortunate

The property was NOT professionally cleaned, if it was, then they need a new cleaning service. The floors were filthy, the pollen on the back porch furniture was thick. The grill was never cleaned from previous user. The curtains fell on us, we had to go purchase tools in order to put them back up. Master bathroom sink and shower DO NOT DRAIN. Soaking wet bath rugs were piled in the closet. Boxes and other personal items were scattered in the garage. Overall, not pleased. We were in town for my daughter’s surgery and didn’t need the added stress of dealing with the details with the owner. Hope they do some work around the house before renting to the next person for the price.

Beautiful home with wonderful screen porch

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was comfortable and spacious. We did wish for a better set of pots and pans, as we like to cook - and the kitchen appliances were wonderful. We also found that the bedrooms' lack of drawer space was a "minus". Just so you know - NONE of the outlets in any of the bathrooms worked. That might need to be looked at. Thanks for sharing your house - the neighborhood was wonderful and convenient. We took advantage of the view from the porch, the playground down the street, and Weigman's!
