Perfect pet friendly (with a fee of $150 per pet) Cary home minutes to RDU, SAS, and great shopping and restaurants. Easy commute to RTP. Enjoy all that Cary has to offer. There are tons of parks with walking trails near by :Bond, Umstead or Crabtree to name a few. Relax on the patio and listen to the water sounds of the fish pond. Inside the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked to cook up your favorite meal. You can dine in the dining room or the breakfast nook or out on the deck.

Here is a perfect option for a relaxed stay in a 2 story Cary home. It is in a very quiet, peaceful family neighborhood. There are sidewalks for your morning or evening walks, parks and tennis courts are just a walk away. There is a fully stocked kitchen. Just bring your spices and food.Dine in the dining room or the breakfast nook just off the kitchen. Upstairs you have 3 nice sized bedrooms. The master bathroom is nicely updated with a huge curbless shower with two shower heads and a separate soaking tub. All the bedrooms have generous walk in closets. Washer and dryer are also upstairs for your convenience. Outside there is a nice sized deck with a charcoal Webber grill. There’s a little patio with a koi pond and a fire pit. Everything you need for your relaxing stay.

There is a smart lock for easy access and parking in the drive way for 2 cars.

Families with children are welcome but the home is not set up for children. Bring your own equipment is important.
