  • Feel at home in this stylish cozy Villa. Sip something cold on the front porch or enjoy an evening in the screened porch. Find all the comforts of home and enjoy Durham's eclectic nightlife less then 5 min drive. Comfortable beds with inviting linens. Outside patio with seating for 4 people. Home has loft for additional living space.

    The loft holds a chair that converts to a single bed and has additional space for a blow up double mattress. Master on main floor has Queen bed and Bedroom 2, has one double bed and one single bed. Third bedroom has one Queen bed. Small office tucked away in the corner.

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to us. The place is really pretty inside, very clean and full of lots of thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishware, etc. which was especially nice because we did most of our eating there. Would definitely stay again!

This house is just as described! Very clean and well stocked with the essentials you may need. Beds are welcoming and comfortable! House is located with easy access to the Durham Freeway, Durham Bulls Stadium, Downtown Durham and Duke Medical Center. If looking for a great place to stay while in Durham, I would highly recommend!

Ideal home for weekend stay in Durham

We visited Durham for a summer program at duke. The location was perfect for downtown and to get to yummy Foster’s restaurant. We enjoyed the setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs and primary on main level.
