Food is average. No room slippers. No kettle provided in the room. Key card gets deactivated too frequently. Wifi is pathetic. They don't care about it. Faced this issue among all of the multiple stays.

We were travelling and needed a comfortable stay for a few hours. The place was clean, very well maintained and very professional service.

Value for money

Rooms are good and clean. Credit goes to the House keeping dept. All rooms have tea Coffee making facilities, fridge and TV. All managers at the reception are happy to help. Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is weak in rooms but good at the reception. Overall excellent place to stay close to the station with lots of dinning options nearby. Those looking for stay close to the raipur station just go for this hotel blindly.

I stayed along with my wife for a week, very conveniently located within Raipur station complex,complementary breakfast was good.Its new hotel equipped with modern facilities. I enjoyed my stay.
