Not value for money, Chillie friendly and helpful For 300 dollars a night tea,coffee facilities should have been provided Lounge suit no cushions and cane broken on the main seat , no dining facilities inside. TV but no signal. Dishes required washing before using Toilet not screwd to floor If i paid 100 dollars a night for this it would be too much

The property was very interesting and comfortable. And the shared bathroom and shower was very clean and comfortable. And the rate was very good 👍. The staff was very nice and friendly. It felt like a retreat from city life to nature.

On the website the amenities do not mention no A/C. We were booked in the Coco bungalow & provided a fan that blew air but was damaged & dangled from the base. The heat & humidity was unbearable so we found rooms elsewhere & left. CHECK FOR A/C before you book.

The "COCO" bungalow not being air-conditioned, the customers asked for a refund on their arrival, specifying that we were not at fault since the air conditioning is not listed in the description of this bungalow. We were understanding in reimbursing an overnight stay that we could have kept. This opinion is therefore not fair since the customers ultimately did not stay with us. However, our establishment has 2 other bungalows which are air-conditioned.Cordialy.

Be warned. This place is not as described. First off, it is listed as being air-conditioned. IT IS NOT. Apparently some of the rooms are, but ours was not. It was sweltering, so uncomfortable that we left early because the room turned into an oven during the day. Second, it's isolated. If you don't have a car you are stuck with nowhere to walk for food. Third, they advertised "spa services". The only thing they have is a "masseuse" who showed up with no table or other supplies. The massage was in our sweltering room. My friend went first, and after seeing her experience I cancelled on the spot. She asked no less than 5 times for the woman to use more pressure, to no avail. It ended up being an oil rubdown, not a massage. Then there were other things, like the broken toilet seat that caused you to have to sit carefully to the side so as not to get your butt pinched in the crack. The window with no latch to close and fasten it to keep the mosquitos out. We had to stuff bedspreads around the window to try to keep the bugs out. The couch which is just a metal futon frame with no cushion. Really, this place was pretty awful.

the facilities such as the kitchen area, the refrigerator were great .the suggestions from Cirylle and Bruno were excellent too. only nobody came to pick us up at the airport as arranged .however it was solved.

Well situated, very cose to the water falls reachable without a guide. What didn't like although i live dogs, they were barking at any hours in the night..

Bruno and Patrice were incredibly helpful with all of our needs (ride to town for groceries, recommendations for diving and food). The full-day excursion with Raji was also excellent!

Not everything is explained up front.
I knew I was staying at a lower price range pension and got exactly what I paid for. I stayed 3 nights - 2 would have been sufficient. One day scuba (I'll review this later) one day driving around the island looking at all the sights one day killing time in town. The bungalow had no AC and only a regular fan. This was NOT enough to to combat the heat and it was too hot to sleep well. The kitchen was outside, adjacent to to the room. There were a lot of different kitchen utensils there, but some essentials were missing (dish towel, sugar, spices, etc). The dogs were nice and spent a good time keeping me company on the patio. The rooster made sure I knew when it was 4:30 - 5 AM. This is not a place for hanging out all day or sunbathing. Make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellent! With that all said, the owner/manager is a gem! He went to get the pizza I ordered the first night dinner and he let me use the pension's car to get to a store to buy water and other essentials. He also organized getting an affordable rental car (I felt trapped without transportation at this place). The scuba dives were pre-arranged and I experienced one of the best dives in my live. It felt like swimming in an aquarium stocked with blacktip sharks, grey sharks, mantas, turtles and the complement of other underwater creatures.

Great garden retreat.
The staff were very friendly and helped set us up with a ride to town, also took us to the horse back riding stables next door. Great garden home open to travelers.
We stayed in the green roof house.

Excellente Séjour
C’était très bien passé, l’hôtel organise transfert aller retour du port. L’accueil chaleureux et apaisant par Cyril qui nous a tout expliqué. L’établissement très propre, enfaite la réalité est beaucoup mieux que la photo, bien équipé cuisine, lave linge compris la lessive et vélo à disposition. La chambre spacieuse. La salle de bain super propre avec savon et shampoing, franchement au niveaux facilité plus que 5*. On a fait excursion motu c’était super, on peut commander a manger avec menus sont variés. Cyril et Bruno sont excellentes Maruru

Nous avons séjourné en septembre 2019. A part la petite tahitienne qui venait d'être embauché, pas vraiment d'amabilité. L'impression limite de déranger. Pas de contact, pas de sourires, le petit dejeuner est vraiment light mais avec des produits maison. Les chambres ont des murs en papiers machés donc si comme nous il y a une famille qui joue au "boggle" jusqu'à 21h30 et que vous avez envie de dormir ben prenez votre mal en patience. Jai du aller dans la reserve chercher du papier toilette. Un point positif, la machine a laver le linge (quand elle est dispo ). Pour la rando, pas d'explications, pas de panneaux... L'excursion bleue est bien. Nous n'y retournerons pas

Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. Notre équipe est toujours prête à vous assister quelque soit vos besoins. Comprenez bien que la randonnée des trois cascades ne nous appartient pas, c'est un terrain privé et la propriétaire en ouvre gracieusement l'accès. Elle ne peut pas mettre d'indications car sinon elle serait tenue responsable si quelqu'un se blessait dans la randonnée. Nous vous aurions expliqué cela avec plaisir et vous aurions aussi apporté du papier toilette si vous nous l'aviez demandé. Maheata, qui vient d'être embauchée, ne vient que quelques heures par jour, et nous restons bien sûr ouverts et disponibles quand elle n'est pas là jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié nos machines à laver dont l'utilisation est gratuite, notre excursion maison et notre petit-déjeuner maison. Pierre-Hadrien - Réceptionniste

Un bon accueil de la part de la pension.un transfert vers l'aeroport payant qui pourrait etre inclus dans le prix. Le fare était toujours propre. Une insonorisation à revoir d'une chambre à l'autre car on n'entend tout. Merci a bruno pour cette belle excursion bleue

Close to the beautiful nature and waterfalls
It's a place close to the beautiful nature of Raiatea. It's very close to the hike to the 3 waterfalls, which. There are no marked trail, but we managed to find our way. Try to find your way there - it's well worth it! The bungalows are in a garden with lots of land crabs, chickens and roosters, and two kind dogs. There were also a lot of mosquito so bring your mosquito repellent and some coils to light on the terrace during the night. There are also a lot of small lizards living in the garden and around the bungalows, but they do no harm. Our bungalow had one room (with one double bed and one single bed), bathroom with shower and a outdoor kitchen under roof. We were three persons staying in this bungalow, but unfortunately there where only 1 mosquito net for the large bed, so our own travel mosquito net came well in hand. The bungalow had a fan, which we used together with open windows to do our best to cool of the bungalow for a nice sleep. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking, and the washing machine is great when you are out on a long travel. Pension les 3 cascade are not very close to restaurants, and not close to the only beach on Raiatea. We didn't have a car, but if you want to see more of Raiatea it's recommended to rent one. We didn't find the shore close to the accommodation nice for a swim. There are a supermarket 1,5 km away, was ok but pricy. The people having Pension les 3 cascade were very friendly and helpful.
