"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"The rooms are fine and the bathroom although 'ageing' was crucially kept clean, with hot water there for shaving! The real downside is breakfast. Instant coffee, white toast and supposedly a cooked item to be ordered. On morning 1, I asked for pork fried rice (Khao pad moo). It came slowly and was lukewarm at best. Either it was reheated (ineffectually) or it was cooked then left to go cold before coming to me. Any little street stall in Thailand knows fried rice comes piping hot from the...

"I stayed during candle festival. Friendly reception staff and room is maintained cleanly. Location is perfect to access landmarks in central Ubon city. Overall, value for money. However, expect to have partition or bigger curtain to avoid spreading the water while taking shower in the restroom(there's tiny curtain splitting the toilet and shower, but it's too small). "

"My room is very nice with a medium size refrigerator and coffee/tea pot. The internet is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a short taxi ride to shopping and theres a 7-11 with a coffee shop and ATM down the street very close."
