I was only there one night. I did not get to experience the pool or other amenities. However, the reception staff was excellent, as well as the airport shuttle staff. The room was very clean and comfortable.
I would love to spend more time here on a future trip to Bangkok.

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation
Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush.
Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations.
Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators.
Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture.
Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry.
Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.
