Mi spiace che la sua camera essendo di passaggio per gli altri clienti ha fatto si che ne risentisse di quest'ultimi e giustamente l'ha infastidita ma, quel che mi preme di più e la menzione sulle pulizie, per quanto possa sembrarmi anomalo mi scuso a nome dello staff se le pulizie nella sua camera non erano consone alla nostra struttura quale usuale è molto ferrea su questo.
