"Easy check in and out. Great communication. Very clean room with comfy beds. Only one mirror in the property so bring one for make up, but would recommend! "

"Stayed with my daughter for 2 nights. At first the place looks well hidden but it was the perfect place to be. The building is old yet clean. Checkin, checkout was a breeze. It's location in city center makes it perfect to go around walking everywhere."

"Great location in the old town, close to all the key sights plus a multitude of restaurants, bars and shops.
A special shout-out to the hotel's incredibly helpful staff, who lent me an adaptor when mine broke and also arranged for me to have a packed breakfast one morning when I was doing a day trip which necessitated a very early start."
"This property is truly at Intercontinental level. Everything is well and thoroughly thought out for your convenience, comfort and delight. The rooms are impeccable, the bedding is perfectly comfortable and clean, the lighting has more options than I thought I would need and now I am spoiled! I want the same options at home. The bathroom is spacious, well furnished and it has a speaker so you don’t miss the news. The breakfast is regal, with so many options that even my picky husband had only good things to say. The staff is pitite, warm and knowledgeable. We will come back! Thank you!!"
"Perfect location in the old town and for exploring the city. Room was clean and comfortable. The decor is older style but that goes with the surroundings. Staff were polite. Breakfast was simple but nice. I would definitely stay here again "
"The hotel is a small hotel, but was perfect for my needs. I didn't try the breakfast but the bar seemed nice and had an excellent stock. The highlight was the staff, particularly the colleague who was on reception when I arrived at 3 am, having had a flight delay. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was exactly the right amount of happy. The one thing I would say is that the immediate area round the hotel (a couple of minutes walk) is not particularly touristy, so if you prefer to be closer to the action this may not be your hotel."
"I only booked this hotel the night before i arrived having changed it from another, the distance to city centre & locality swayed me. After a very early flight i was delighted that a room was ready for me when I arrived. The room was perfect, spacious, comfortable & clean. The staff were so friendly & helpful & when i said I wouldnt be able to make breakfast for 2 of the mornings, i was told that they could prepare a breakfast to go as long as i ordered it by 8pm the night before. When i went to do this, the young lady wasnt aware of this option (i do believe it was just a misunderstanding due to me not being able to speak Romanian & not able to communicate properly to her) so i didnt get to order anything. The breakfast choices were wide & varied & very attentitive staff on hand to help.
One small thing that i thought was simple but so effective was that the towels in the bathroom had little hanging loops on them. All hotels should do this so that towels that you want to reuse can be hung securely on the hook without risk of falling off.
Only 2 things I can fault (if even), I only received water once (4 night stay), & on my last morning when i was trying to relax before departure, there was some very noisy maintenence work going on outside my room. To be fair, as soon as I peeked out the door, they stopped. If i ever come back to Bucharest I would most definitely stay at this hotel & I would reccomend it to family & friends. The price point was excellent too. "
