Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well.

I can’t say enough good things about the Chedi. The facilities are impeccable. The room, dining options, location in the Marina Village with walkable shopping and restaurants. The Bay of Kotor is a short car or cab ride away. Or one can take the boat arranged by the hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and are willing to go the extra mile on anything. The dining options in the hotel across the Spot restaurant, the Lobby Bar and the Rola Beach Bar and in room dining are superb. I had the best Vegan option I have ever had in room and the menu at the Spot or Lobby Bar offers sophisticated local or even Asian or other cuisine options. Can’t wait to return

Our first stay was most memorable with entire staff was Excellent. Our main concierge, Ivan Latkovic made all our reservations and special requests without hesitation. The Chedi at Luštica Bay is a newer development that is gorgeous and 15 minutes from airport. The resort is pristine and overlooks the marina and bay. Rooms are very large and well maintained. The resort is one finest in Montenegro. We appreciated everyone at the resort. Especially “Both” Ivan’s. Rob Reblin and Dr. Roz Ranon

Beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable. People who work in the hotel are very kind and always go out of trier way to help. The rooms are very specious, new and attention is paid to every detail. Beautiful pool and great restaurants are in the hotel and in the marina that is just a couple of minutes walk on the promenade. Breakfast was great too with many options.

Extremely hard to find and get to. If you are able to overcome that- it is very nice. New. Out of the way, so don’t count on shopping or other conveniences being close by.

Highlights: Das Personal in Küche, Restaurant- und Roomservice / grosszügiges Zimmer / schöner Eingangsbereich Es gab ein Tasting-Menü mit 25 Gängen und 5 Cocktails. Das war hervorragend; Küche und Personal. Ebenso das Fleisch- oder Fisch-BBQ war super. Enttäuschung: Die Lage des Zimmers war fürchterlich. Obwohl wir bei Hotels.com Goldmitglied sind, war unser Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Sicht auf Lieferantenzufahrt und das Lüftungsrohr. Am Morgen früh jeweils geweckt durch den riesen Lärm (Glasentleerung) durch die Müllabfuhr. Status Goldmitglied: Früherer Check in (wurde nicht gewährt) sowie Upgrade Zimmerkategorie, falls verfügbar. Es hatte noch viele freie Zimmer. Ein Upgrade haben wir zwar nicht erwartet, jedoch nicht ein Zimmer in miserabler Lage. Hotels.com hat per E-Mail nach der Zufriedenheit gefragt. Wir haben unseren Fall der Zimmerlage geschildert. Gemäss Hotels.com wurde diese Beschwerde an den Unterkunftsmanager weitergeleitet, jedoch keine Reaktion. Nachdem das Zimmer beim Abschalten der Klimaanlage auch noch schlecht riechte, haben wir nochmals Hotels.com kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion! Sehr schade, um das ansonst schöne Ressort. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden dieses „The Chedi“ nicht mehr besuchen …

The hotel exceeded expectations - it was located in a great area, had large stylish rooms, a nice pool and excellent restaurants. But the best feature is the staff - they all were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
