"Where do we begin? We had a late flight and arrived to the villa 12.30 am. We were met there by the owners Emil and his wife. They were very friendly and helpful showing us around (even at that late hour). They had even bought us some groceries to get started. The property was immaculate. "Motovun is a tiny village with very few hotels and restaurants. The old.town is pedestrian only so parking is 'down the hill' and the hotel car picks you up. We had a valley view adjacent to communal terrace. Hitel does a great.job ahutting terrace.down at 10 pm for noise control. "It was our third time in Rovinj and first time in this hotel. We have stayed at the Lone Hotel before and really loved it too. We really liked our stay at Amarin Family Resort as a family. It is in a beautiful location with amazing views of Rovinj. Beach is very clean and we loved our swims there. Recommended to bring your swimming shoes as the pebbles are quite hard. The hotel staff and the facilities are great. Food was also good with different options that would suit everyone. Only complaint is the price they charge for water in a hot climate is not ok but otherwise would love to come back! "
