The front desk staff were so nice and prepared. They already assigned a first floor room near the exit since I was traveling with a pet. That was perfect! The hotel was clean, very quiet and near great shopping and restaurants. I had a special request the second day and they were very helpful.

I was beyond disappointed with my stay. My cabin was infested with stink bugs, ants and spiders. I could not sleep at all because I was constantly killing bugs , I dozed off for about 20 minutes but was awaken by a spider crawling on me.
