"Toilet seat was not properly secured to the toilet; Shower curtain not fitted for the rail on which it's on, therefor, allowing a significant amount of water to cover the bathroom floor. (A potential safety hazard) No rail of any kind affixed or mat in/on bathtub surface to hold on to or prevent one (Especially older people, from a serious slipping hazard) Water leaking from the bottom of the sink structure, that leaked onto the floor. (Also, a slipping Safety hazard)
Suggested fix: Have housekeeping (or someone) should check ALL aspects of the room daily (IE: Toilet, bathtub, sink. lights, TV, phone, refrigerator, microwave, HVAC, etc.) to insure there are NO safety hazards, before declaring the room fit for use.
Just so you'll know, I like Motel6, use them a lot but have noticed over the years, that they are NOT as well maintained as they once were. That's a shame. ~ Tim Runfola"
