"Caveat: "We stayed in a room which hasn't yet been updated, so the other rooms might be better" The "AC" was atrocious, we had our 1 year old with us and we all struggled through the night in a sweltering room. There was no way (that worked) to control it so we assumed it was controlled centrally. The room was a good size but dated. The curtains let in too much light. The bathroom, in particular the shower area was mouldy and not what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. However the toiletries...

"Hotel room was clean but very shabby, flakey paint on bathroom door, air conditioning was broken and looked like had been that way for years. Beds was a 4 plus inch piece of sponge not a mattress. Was ok as I was on a lads football trip but would be fuming if I was with the wife. Overall for the circumstances it was ok no real need to complain to staff but not really suitable for a family trip"
