"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. "We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. A few things to note about the resort and area: - The motorway flyover next to resort was not a problem as we initially feared. We could barely hear the traffic. - It’s about a 10 minute walk into town. - There are 3 or 4 decent sized supermarkets very close by so shopping it’s not an issue. - All shops close between about 12-3pm every day and all day Monday. - Some local restaurants only take cash. - Parking in the resort is free for all. This can be a problem if one chalet has several cars and/or people park badly. Marked parking areas would be useful. Overall we were very happy with the chalet and would recommend. "
