The motel is in a cold climate, which makes the door locks a little tough to use, and the private water has a slight odor. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that we should just turn the doorknob upward and push hard. He seemed aggravated when we asked for a different room. Other than that, usually a great place to stay. Hot tub is always nice!"
