"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Based on our experience we would recommend and return. Property has the most beautiful views from almost every room. House was very cozy & comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with cookware for large groups. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. I appreciated the gaming room for extra fun. We had one concern with the hot tub not being serviced prior to our arrival. VR365 was very easy to work with and came the next morning to fix our concern. The communication was easy and timely. This house is dog friendly with a fenced in area outside. House is 5 minutes from Speelyi Beach. Thank you, for the use of your home."

"It was a very clean and beautiful home. The host answered all my questions, throughout our stay, very quickly. We had a large group and there was plenty of space to gather and have fun. The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other supplies needed. The only issue we had was that there was a hundreds drain flys/fruit flies. They seemed to be coming from all of the drains in the evenings. They were really an eyesore and made most of our group feel uncomfortable when using or walking into bathrooms especially. They were not much of a bother in the main living areas and kitchen. If our stay was longer than 2 nights, then that issue would have been a major complaint for us."

It served as the "main house" for our group of 11 for all meetings and meals, and was the preferred spot for casual gatherings outside of our set schedule -- absolutely perfect for this purpose! The house is beautifully designed and furnished and impeccably clean. The gathering spaces inside and out are so well appointed and comfortable for large groups. The finishes and furnishings throughout are top quality. The property manager is proactive and responsive. Our entire group highly recommends Chalet Grace!"

"The Highlander Lodge exceeded our expectations! Our group of 25 included 1 set of grandparents, and four families with a total of 15 grandkids from age 5-15. The game rooms and sports court gave the kiddos plenty to do, and the adults could find plenty of spaces to quietly relax. We had beautiful weather the last week in July, but even if it had been a rainy week, the family would have had a great experience due to the huge indoor space! Most of the rooms had individually controlled quiet A/C which meant we did not need to open windows. Very comfortable! When outside you can hear the distant sound of the highway, but that was not a problem for us at all. Wonderful to have hosts willing to rent to large family groups with kids! We took good care of the property and hope the owners continue to make it available to families like ours!"

"Large house met the needs of our 16 family members from 12 to 74. The kids especially liked the outdoors with pickleball and disc golf the favorites. The kitchen was great with very little missing. Great mattresses. The only thing we weren’t aware of was how the area activities were only open on the weekends at this time of year. We had a great time in spite of that. The house itself gets high marks."
