"Convenient to location"

"Location to the areas of interest was great. The hotel rooms were well appointed and well kept. The indoor pool was just the right size for our grandson and was in good condition. However, the shower drained slow, the refrigerator door was challenging to open and close because of the tray underneath (had to lift refrigerator above the tray while trying to open the door) and in one of the rooms in our party the commode would not flush as long as the shower was running. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, coffee, a pancake maker that made pancakes so flat that you have to have two to make one. Only apples for the fruit, unknown brand of yogurt (watery), cereal and instant oatmeal packets. NO MEATS! But, overall, the family enjoyed our short stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel…it is in close proximity to a Waffle House and Crackerbarrel as well as other restaurants and businesses!"

"Very Welcoming staff. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The room and building itself could use some TLC. The bathroom toilet ran and water/humidity in the bathroom is causing mold and peeling paint. Breakfast was okay. Coffee excellent!"

"This was the perfect place to stay for our family trip! It is so close to all of the places we wanted to visit (Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Aquarium). We even found a restaurant we all loved close by (Blackstone Grille). We loved being able to bring our dogs and fish in the pond. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Donna was great and took care of any questions we had. We would definitely go back!"

"A staff member came in our room at 2am, looking for cleaning supplies. We were all asleep and it woke us up. He didn’t knock, he just let himself in with a card. My 13 year old yelled and my 17 year old woke up and we made him leave. I will never stay there again. "

"Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. We had an early spring stay and the weather was perfect. We spent hours watching a pair of bald eagles fish in the river from the back deck. We are familiar with the area and proximity to Chattanooga. The driveway, while steep, is not as steep as the other homes on the road. The driveway and the drive from Chattanooga are worth it to see this beautiful part of our country. The Tennessee River Gorge is spectacular all 4 seasons of the year and this home is the ticket to experiencing it."

"This was a great location - we enjoyed that it was not in a super busy area but close enough to everything. All three bedrooms are so comfortable and nicely done! The kitchen had what we needed. It was nice to have pods of coffee already there. The throw blankets in each room were also nice to have available. Everything was very clean and new and the complex is very quiet. Only suggestion would be in the king bedroom to have a small lamp on each side of the bed (the sconces I think are just decoration as I could not find a way to turn them on) and small table on each side to put phones and glasses and such. Overall it was a perfect stay and I would stay there again anytime I was in the area. "

"This is an excellent choice, especially if you have a family with little ones. It was easy to get to and yet very secluded and not far from a walmart. The inside was beautiful and super clean. Growing up with a mom who cleaned houses and condo on Maui, HI my whole life I had to learn alot about keeping up rental homes. This may very well be the first place I have not felt like I needed to clean it before my family could do anything. I would recommended this cabin 100%. Thank you to the owners for such a lovely stay. "
