Tenuta Marghery - Salento Reservation is a villa consisting of two beautiful adjoining villas, able to guarantee a stay in complete relaxation without sacrificing any comfort, in a strategic position to reach all the most sought after destinations in Salento, able to accommodate up to 20 people comfortably.
Located in Racale, it is just 3 km from the sea of the Torre Suda marina, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced, and not far from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
Tenuta Marghery consists of two adjacent estates, Tenuta Armony and Tenuta Margherita, which are also rented separately.
Tenuta Marghery is therefore composed as follows:
Tenuta Margherita consists of a kitchenette with dining table and chairs and TV, a living room furnished with a relaxation area and two sofas including a double sofa bed and two additional single beds, an air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom with shower in the room, two bedrooms with a queen size bed where it is possible to stay with an adult and a child up to ten years old, with a bathroom with box in the room, a laundry room, an equipped covered veranda, with garden furniture and wood-burning barbecue; the outdoor area also includes a very comfortable outdoor shower.
A large garden equipped with a covered dining area equipped with a fireplace, an additional dining or relaxing-reading area, a play area equipped for children;
And Tenuta Armony, which consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining table and chairs and TV, a living room furnished with a relaxation area and two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, one external to the main structure air-conditioned in a wooden cabin, a double bedroom, also offers two bathrooms with shower and washing machine, an equipped covered veranda, with garden furniture and wood-burning barbecue, a large garden equipped with a covered dining area with a fireplace, an additional dining or relaxing-reading area, equipped play area for children and a very comfortable outdoor shower.
At Tenuta Marghery, nothing is left to chance, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
