"The house was beautiful! The managers made the check-in process very easy. The location was perfect! We wished it was a little more of a direct walk to the lake. The restaurants were definitely walkable, but wished there were sidewalks, as that road is busy. We all said we’d go back again!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Blackwell. We came to the area for a girls wine tasting weekend and had a great time. The location of the house was ideal making a walk to the lake easy and an easy pick up for our wine shuttle. The Blackwell had everything we needed to be comfortable and have some fun. The hot tub and game room were fun additions and the house had all the linens and kitchen supplies needed. Adrienne was quick to respond to any questions I had about the house and made check in/out easy. The house is beautifully updated and was more than enough space for our group of 6. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great place to stay. Very quiet and surrounding area, it is well kept and clean. Dan is a great host and there to give great ideas on activities and fantastic restaurants.Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate.But we still had a great time exploring the area. We definitely intend on returning next year and chatting around the fire right at the lake. Would highly recommend. We would also recommend the John Vincent winery and the Madison family diner for breakfast."
