"This hotel is located across the street from the Temple and the commercial district is very walkable. Our room was located in the basement of a very quaint historic building, but it was not clear to us initially that we had to drive to another hotel to pick up the keys. But....we were able to park just outside our room, which was a plus. A/C was great. Breakfast was minimal with no hot food."

Rebecca was a great host. All the amenities were on hand and then some. My wife and I would highly recommend this property and Rebecca as a host. We are already planning our next trip to Ft. Madison."

The home was fine for our group size (three couples) but the kitchen table only had 4 chairs. The main bathroom was very large but the second batroom in the basement was hard to access due to the steep stair. The host responded quickly to questions."
