Modern villa with pool and great sea views, 800m from the sea, jacuzzi and sauna
Great location to the beach
Beautiful old stone house restored with pool and sea views, will be expanded to a luxury house with great sea views in 2021. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Villa Charming will be a completely new house in 2021 with fantastic furnishings and lots of space.
Great ambience and a very nice sea view will then be from the upper rooms to the beautiful old town
4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, but total space for 8 people
After the expansion for 2021, it is an absolute eye-catcher!

Nice covered terrace with space to grill.
New also sauna and jacuzzi with a view over the sea!
Parking lots available
The place Banjol impresses with its good location to the capital Rab. Only about 2 km away you are in the beautiful place. You can see it from the villa. Rab is always worth a trip.
You too will be enchanted by the great beaches with crystal clear water.
The sandy beach in Pudarica with crystal clear water, a pleasure.
Try the great restaurants at the best prices or take a stroll through the beautiful old town, where you can relax wonderfully.
We would like to point out that young groups have to pay a deposit of € 1000.
Also perfect with dogs, a 300sqm plot of land with olive trees adjoins the house and is closed with a stone wall.

Tolles Haus mit überragender Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt in diesen tollen Haus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es lässt sich super abhängen im Pool oder Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Vermieterin mit Familie ist äußert nett und hilfsbereit und Stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick ist zur jeder Tageszeit der Hammer. RAB und auch Loper ist ein Bummel wert.
