"As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest .
I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped .
I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant..
The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked .
I will return in the future to give the hotel a chance & another try ."
