"The hotel was in great condition. Disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and did not have the ability to swim (which was the reason why I booked the hotel). The electricity kept flickering on and off when in the spa rooms (gave off a kind of creepy vibe). Especially since I was the only one in the area. Breakfast was good. When it was fresh. "The hotel is an excellent option for accommodation near the main historic places to visit in Pristina. Their front desk staff was invaluable, polite and friendly, and were always available to assist with everything I needed. If I return to Kosovo, I will stay with them again!"

"The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service"

"A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard. "

"The nest place we've stayed this trip. Out of 8 hotels, 7 different countries this is the best ever. The front desk Altina is awesome. She always made us coffee and always helping us out even to carry our luggages in our room. The manager as well. They are always therr standing by to help. The rooms are brand new too!"
