Situated on 50 acres by the foothills of the Watagans and on the door step of the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous 3 bedroom homestead makes for the perfect rural retreat. Wake up to the sounds of the country, whether that be birds chirping, roosters crowing, cows mooing or horses snorting.

Wander down to the huge natural lake on the property, check out the bird life and enjoy the serenity. There is horse accommodation available upon prior request if you are travelling with a few extra equine passengers.

Malolo Park Guest House is the perfect place to recharge the batteries, relax outdoors in the sunshine or nestle in the warm ambience of the open fire.

Accessed by tar sealed road and all-weather gravel drive, Malolo Park Estate is an easy 20 minute drive to all the Hunter Valley Wine country has to offer.

The Minimum Booking price is based on up to 6 guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter in the required number of guests. Any guest number reductions are non-refundable.

Linen Supplied - This property supplies all linen - full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

All reservations operate under a strict No-Party & excessive noise policy as this property is within close proximity to neighbours. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be open for swimming for the September NSW School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays has completed.

Fires and Firewood : If the property has a Wood fireplace or Firepit then firewood will be provided after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays has commenced.

Guest Registration : Before guests are able to access the property, we will require an online ID check (scan drivers license) and also a visual Credit Check (scan credit card). The names on the ID and CC must match the name of the guest. The Guest Registration Document that we ask the guest to sign is a PCI compliant, encrypted and totally secure and trusted process, now used by 75,000 guests. This process is consistent and similar to what Hotels require for for ID prior to allowing access to a room.

Please also note that we may have installed a Wifi security camera at the front entrance of the property. We are progressively rolling these out through every property in 2021.

Absolutely amazing!
We loved our stay at Malolo! A beautiful, clean house with a peaceful view over paddocks. We loved every minute walking around the farm and relaxing on the patio. Bel was amazing with our girls and they loved being introduced to all of the farm animals. We all didn't want to leave.

Charming Farm Stay
Three of us ladies visited this wonderful property in Quorrobolong that was a 20-30 drive from several wineries in Cessnock. The property was located on a lovely sprawling farm with a few beautiful horses, plenty of cows that enjoyed light conversation with us, goats, chicken and a serene lake a short walk away. The property has all modern conveniences from microwave, oven, laundry etc and 3 very spacious bedrooms. You’re surrounded by nature and the sound of cicadas at night. It’s ideal for either couples, friends or a family. Come prepared with food, water and wifi as some of the nearer shops for amenities are a bit of a drive away, and only Telstra seems to work in the area. We had a great time at this accommodation and would return the next time we’re near the Hunter

Amazing experience
One of the best farm stay we have experienced. Location is great! 20mins to hunter valley and you can go also around newcastle for less than an hour drive. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Place is superb, clean and fresh and the kitchen are well equipped. Definitely going back next month
