"Toilet leaks continuously therefore, the bathroom floor is always wet. There are unknown stains on the quilts of the bedding (didn't bring a black light to see if they glowed). Floors in the room have not been cleaned recently as my socks are dirty after walking on the floor. Your room is not "cleaned" or fresh towels brought in unless you ask at the front desk each day. The one day we requested cleaning, we were left towels & wash rags & the trash was emptied. Nothing was cleaned or wiped...
