A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs.

Wonderful place to say.

The hotel is now in a different condition to the pictures. We felt the area was a bit unsafe to walk around, and the restaurants nearby were not the best. The hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean. The wifi was very hit and miss. The location to the train station that takes you into Venice was about a 10 minute walk using the underpass, again dirty and felt unsafe. Would we stay there again, probably not.

Staff were very courteous and friendly, and breakfast was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Highly recommend.

This was a great hotel. The location is great and the staff go out of their way to help you. The room we had was bright, and very spacious for Venice. There are a few stairs involved and no lift.

Very accommodating reception crew, easy and accessible to the whole of Venice restaurants shops and bars.

Awesome place to stay in Venice. Great people, excellent breaky, great location.

Perfect location, right near restaurants, shops and San Marco Piazza. Daniel was a wonderful host and always available.

We were greeted by Riccardo upon arrival and he checked us in and made us very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. Air conditioning, lift and proximity to Water Taxi all huge benefits. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.
