I liked the ski in/out and its proximity to the gondola.
I did not like the ski valet as it caused line ups/delays to get your skis in the morning or an unnecessary visit prior to skiing to avoid the line. (This area should be turned into lockers if possible.)
I also did not like the hot tubs as there was not enough room (or tubs) and were always shoulder to shoulder post skiing.
I would also recommend providing a communal barbeque area for guests.
Overall, our experience was a very good one.
