- Looking for sunshine? Awesome location! Only minutes to Gorge for concerts and festivals. Close to the dunes in Beverly for ORV riding and not far from Moses Lake dunes. This home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac at the far end of Sunland with plenty of parking, spacious yard, and outdoor shady seating area in the back. Main living area is located upstairs with kitchen, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a full bath. The Family room with smart T.V, 2 queen bedrooms , 3/4 bathroom, and additional queen sleeping space are in the cool daylight basement, downstairs. Sunland community offers boat launch, swimming, basketball, volleyball and children's playground. Seasonal Pizza restaurant and convenience store open during the summer months.
