    The community also has a shuttle with VIP service, drops you at venue, picks you up and returns you to this beautiful home.

    Home has 2 separate living areas each with their own kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas. Grassy yard, sunset facing deck, and ample parking.

    This home is a duplex with shared garage in between, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, 1 loft bedroom. Living rooms have additional futon seating for extra beds. Shared garage has 3rd fridge, laundry, BBQs and storage space. Sleeps 11-13. Front grassy yard and plenty of parking.

    Walking distance to north beach, restaurant, store and park.
