"The vending machines look really nice, but they don’t work. They charged my card 8x. I called the hotel to figure out what happened. The first gentleman dismissed it, and said it wasn’t a big deal. They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool was broken. The lady at check in was the only staff member that was welcoming and kind. "

I mistakenly made the reservation in Quincy for 2/27 because we were in a hurry leaving St. Louis but your staff changed it for us to 2/20. Your hotel was beautiful, everything was fresh and clean far more than we expected. "
