The room was fine but their showers were terrible, you had to use hot or cold running water only. The water pressure was the worst and the staff was not able to help

Esta muy bien ubicado. Aunque no tiene restaurante no cafetería, en la esquina hay un buen sitio llamado La Vendimia. Afuera hay un supercito, farmacia y lugares donde comer comida sencilla como gorditas, tacos y tortas. Ten cuidado porque el piso del baño es muy resbaloso.

El hotel muy bonito y la habitación que elegí que fue deluxe estaba muy bien sin embargo no cuentan con restaurante ni buena atención del personal. Pedí adorno para cumpleañeros 2 veces en 2 días distintos y nunca me contestaron. Otro día me dijeron que podían llevar room service con alimentos de lugares cercanos, pedí el menú y me lo mandaron 3 horas después. Les respondí y después ya no me llevaron nada y tampoco me contestaron. El internet es muy malo para que lo consideren. La ubicación es buena y las instalaciones son muy nuevas.

Hotel nuevo y buena estancia

Es un hotel nuevo y bonito, la regadera está muy bien y el agua muy calientita. En la noche hace mucho frío, talvez les falta un calentador. En las condiciones que firmas, dicen que te cobran $200 por descorche (no puedes tomarte una bebida en tu cuarto?). Yo no tomé, pero pues no creo que sea lo correcto! Si se escucha el cuarto de arriba, cuando caminan, hablan, si van al baño!
