Excellent staff, clean and comfortable. Hard to find on Google maps. You can miss it more than once, I did! LOL! I Think what fools most navigation is you are supposed to turn at a Toyota dealer, but it is not large, and not much signage, so you miss the turn.

La cama y la habitación son cómodas. En el desayuno los patos y cubiertos no estaban bien lavados.

Good Budget Hotel in good location
Peaceful location and good hotel. Good breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and good shower. Tried the Wi-Fi, and the connection was very good.

Check in was slow and trying to find someone who spoke english was frustrating. Rooms were very very small. This hotel is designed for people in town working and not for tourists.

Very close to Queretaro Bus Station
Room was to small, bed said it was a double but it was twin. The room was not very clean, found a few hairs in the pillow. Breakfast in the morning was good. Customer service was good. Room was very close to the Queretaro bus station.

The staff is really what makes the hotel so good. Friendly, helpful and on the ball. If I return to Queretaro I will definitely stay at One Queretaro Centro Sur.

Filthy place, not worth my money.
Overall it is fair to say not the best place to be, room was filthy, I found a lot of hair over the floor, they didn't clean my room one day (out of four), I asked to clean my blankets and they didn't; I purposely left a lotion cap in the bed and found it there after they did the bed which only means they don't truly do the bed, simply extend the blankets over whatever is there... very inattentive personnel, not to mention that they can't include a bottle of water and we know you can't trust in tap water in Mexico. I travel a lot over different parts of the world and this stay was just my second worse experience after one in China last year...

I enjoyed stay at hotel One..the only thing I did not like is that the room had a solid privaci blind....and not a semi transparent privaci blind..like the ones that you roll down but lets the light in..and maintains your privacy..but since it was solid ..if you roll it down..dont allopw the light in.

Excellent option for solo travellers
This is a new hotel. I satyed because I needed to stay a night near the area. For tourists, the location is far from downtown. The pros are: free wifi and rooms. The cons are: room size (for 1 person is OK) and location. The service was excellent everywhere. I would stay again in this hotel.
