It is a great location. Well organized. But hardly anyone speaks English. Also, the rooms are not too clean. The floor was sticky. Rooms are not sound isolated well from the inside of the building—lots of noise and hard to sleep.

A short stay at Ibis hotel was quick check in an check out. You could tell it was a clean environment as soon as you walk in. The room only had two electrical outlets, the one in the bathroom and the one in the main area.

Very friendly staff, the entrance of hotel is a little hard to find at the beginning but once you know the route is easy. Not likely to walk around the hotel you must use a car if you want to go somewhere, the surrounding area is very dark at night.

Great location, just a 6 minute walk form the bus station . Simple rooms with trendy décor that makes the room pleasant. Nice bathroom too! The beds at IBIS hotels are always very comfortable and I get quality sleep every time! The breakfast is decent for the price and better than some other Ibis hotels. Reception area is trendy and has a buzz to it. Its too bad the staff tend to be a bit arrogant... that spoils it a bit but still highly reccomended!

Everything about this hotel was great! I arrived late and the manager looked out for me to make sure I could order a meal from the restaurant before it closed and then he arranged to have it delivered to my room. All of the staff were absolutely great —going above and beyond. I was traveling solo by bus and the location was perfect for meeting my friends and traveling to Bernal and then Guanajuato. Everything about this hotel was excellent and outstanding. Thanks for the great hospitality!
